Bija Hot Yoga in Raleigh, NC is excited to announce our 2017 -2018 Teacher Training Program (TTP). Trainees will learn the critical tools, confidence and skill to teach a variety of effective and motivating classes based on the hatha yoga practice and teachings of Bishnu Gosh and Buddha Bose. These foundational and therapeutic sequences focus on evidence-based methodologies in cool, warm and hot settings with the aim to keep evolving. Trainees will become proficient, compassionate teachers to help make this sequence accessible to everyone and every body. As a 200-hour teacher graduate, you will be well on your way to developing a life long relationship with your body and to helping others do the same.

Training Format:
This 200 hour training is offered in two 10 day intensives:

Phase A (anatomy, mechanics and personal practice)

Phase B (anatomy review, personal practice and teaching labs).

There will be anatomy and teaching skills homework to complete in between the two phases.
Phase A must be completed before Phase B.
Trainees can can allow for up to one year between Phase A and Phase B, although we highly recommend no more than 6 months.

Immersion Option:

Students interested in learning more about their practice, but have no desire to teach can attend Phase A as an Immersion. Tuition information is below.
